Christian Nyhlén has been named new CEO of Krinova Incubator & Science Park. Christian will take over immediately after the turn of the year, replacing Nikolas Larsson, who has been serving as acting CEO since May of this year.
Over the past ten years, Krinova has developed into a powerful innovation-driving node for the region. A large number of highly qualified candidates applied for the position as new CEO.
“It has been a pleasure to have so many experienced, qualified and inspiring candidates in the process. The deciding factor in choosing Christian for the role is his strong collaboration and leadership qualities, and his ability to navigate academia, the public sector and the business sector,” says Jonas Haak, Board Chair of Krinova AB.
Christian currently serves as Partner & Director at Mercuri Urval. Over the past 20 years, he has worked with advising services to boards, company management teams and public organisations, and has a solid business and management background from the business sector.
“Krinova has a unique and attractive concept that really has a future ahead of it. I have worked for many years at the intersection between business development and community building, and have seen the power in connecting knowledge, people and organisations. Krinova has a fantastic platform for further developing this power. I look forward to this exciting assignment, and hope to be able to make a contribution through my experience from a broad spectrum of industries in both national and international environments,” says Christian.
