ToY – Beyond the Future
Beyond the Future is a project that brings together different industries within hospitality to create future experiences in nature within food & beverage and accommodation. The foundation is CoDest, Tourism in Skåne’s open innovation arena with Skåne incubators and clusters. The project will develop and apply digital solutions, e.g. VR or AI, to create new experiences for visitors in smart accommodation and the meal of the future for the hiking and cycling tourist. The results of the collaboration will also contribute to making Skåne an internationally recognised destination.
Within the project, Krinova will develop a method that can be used within the hospitality industry to continuously maintain and increase the pace of development in order to have what is known as a lasting competitive advantage. In addition, Krinova will develop cross-industry concepts and business models that respond to the needs of urban visitors of the future. The method used for this is “ToY”– Team of Young professionals – a tool developed by Krinova that is based on open and challenge-driven innovation.
